Christian has over 25 years’ experience within the Public Transport and logistics sector having worked for companies such as Deutsche Bahn, DB Schenker Rail, Transdev and Go Ahead. Christian holds a Master of Laws degree from Ludwig- Maximilians Universität Munich and pursued a General Management Programme at Harvard Business School in Boston USA.

Roald Dogge worked as the COO at NTS Group and has many years of experience as head of production overseeing 10 locations in both Europe and Asia. Prior to that, he worked for more than a decade in the automotive sector, where he occupied various roles at Volvo, including Technical Director, Business Development Manager, and Brand Director at Volvo Bus. Roald Dogge is a Dutch national and holds a degree from HTS in Mechanical Engineering & Technical Commerce.

Jan Piet Valk is a Dutch national and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam. His career has been shaped by diverse roles across the Royal Dutch Airforce, the Oil & Gas and Technology sectors, as well as the equipment rental industry. As a seasoned CFO and COO, he brings extensive expertise in building and managing global finance and operations functions.

Erland Morelissen has a longstanding track record in automotive sector, holding various international and senior commercial roles within the Volvo Group and most recently, Van Hool, where he held the position of CCO for nearly five years. Erland is a Dutch national and holds a Bachelor International Management from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Jeroen van Assen serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Ebusco and previously held the position of Engineering Director within the company. Bringing over 20 years of experience in Product Development and New Product Introduction, Jeroen has held diverse roles in the automotive industry, including Engineering Director and Product Management at Punch Powertrain, a supplier for Stellantis. Jeroen van Assen, a Dutch national, earned his Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Eindhoven.

Judith Beurskens is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Ebusco. Over the past few years, under Judith's leadership, the organization has experienced significant growth. With more than 15 years of HR experience, she is exceptionally well placed to manage rapid growth in a business organisation structure while at the same time keeping an eye on corporate culture. Before joining Ebusco Judith worked for various companies in the high-tech sector and was responsible for setting up and optimising their HR departments.
