Our team

Following years of experience in the automotive industry, Peter Bijvelds established Ebusco in 2010 with a view of realizing the possibilities that he saw in electric public transport. Driven by strong inner motivation, by bringing together experts from different fields in Ebusco, he has successfully developed and applied new technologies. Ebusco has meanwhile grown from an enterprising start-up with a high innovative content into a dynamic, internationally oriented company, though still characterized by innovation and entrepreneurship.

Roel Nagelmaeker joined Ebusco in 2025, bringing extensive experience from a range of executive and financial leadership roles. He previously held positions at Versteeg Metaal Groep, De Groot & Visser, and XSPlatforms, and built a strong background in Finance and M&A through his work with Schipper Corporate Finance, Meesters Accountants, VDVI, and Gr8 Investments. Roel is a Dutch national and a certified registered accountant (Nyenrode). He also holds a degree in Business Valuation from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, further strengthening his expertise in corporate finance and strategic transactions.

Hou Fei brings deep international experience in large-scale production, industrial transformation and electric vehicle technology across both OEM and OED business models. His background includes senior leadership roles at General Motors in the United States, at SAIC Motor joint ventures with both General Motors and Volkswagen, and, since 2016, at Gotion High-Tech Co., Ltd. in China. Hou Fei also served as Vice President at Gotion, where he was responsible for the company’s Asia Pacific business, contributing to global expansion and operational excellence. *Subject to approval from shareholders

Duan Wei is currently the managing director of Gotion GmbH and a member of the board of Gotion’s EMEA business. He started his career at the international law firm Simmons & Simmons before co-founding and serving as Secretary General of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Germany from 2013 to 2023. In 2019, Duan Wei joined Gotion as Managing Director of Gotion GmbH in Hannover, Germany. He later took on additional roles, including Vice President of Gotion EMEA and Chairman of Gotion Germany Battery GmbH in Göttingen, Germany. Duan Wei is a Chinese national and holds a Law degree from the university of Leipzig.
