Peter Bijvelds strikes the gong at Beursplein 5

A few weeks ago we announced our intention to take Ebusco to the stock exchange. The listing on Euronext Amsterdam is now a fact; on Friday 22 October 2021, we struck the gong to inaugurate the first trading day in Ebusco shares (symbol EBUS). An exceptional milestone in Ebusco’s young history!

With this listing we have welcomed, in addition to our existing shareholders, new shareholders who are enthusiastic and have confidence in our company’s course. Worldwide, the momentum for bus electrification is increasing, and we as Ebusco are well positioned to benefit from this. The IPO provides us with the capital to implement our international expansion strategy and accelerate our growth. Something that can only be successful in cooperation with all our trusted business partners. We look forward to further energising our ambition to drive the transition to emission-free transport!
