Our After Sales team handles the entire process of providing service and support to keep our customers satisfied after our buses are operational on the road. They take care of service & maintenance of the buses, trainings for drivers and workshop personnel, the distribution of spare parts and monitor all the Ebusco buses on the road.  The After Sales team consists of a mix of international specialists; electrical and mechanical engineers, field service and workshop engineers, a parts and claims specialists and a service advisor. They are specialised in our disciplines of after sales to provide the best service for our customer.

Ebusco Live

Ebusco Live is the real-time monitoring system for all buses. It shows among other things the battery status and the average efficiency. These data are essential for concessions and for operators in order to optimise the operation of electric buses as regards range, efficiency, emission reduction and performance.

Our After Sales engineers analyse the performance of all buses on a daily basis and pass on the useful information gained from Ebusco Live and our customers to our development department to make our products better and better.
