Update on tomorrow’s EGM

Deurne, 26 March 2026 – Ebusco Holding N.V. (Euronext: EBUS) wishes to provide a brief update ahead of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) that is scheduled for tomorrow

In the EGM, shareholders will be asked to vote on the proposed appointment of Mr. Hou Fei as new member of the Management Board in the role of Chief Operating Officer, as announced on 11 January 2026.

The nomination by the Supervisory Board for Ms. Liesbeth Brouwer to become a new member of the Supervisory Board has been withdrawn as voting item. This withdrawal is at the request of Ms. Liesbeth Brouwer for personal reasons.

Ebusco aims to provide a business update well ahead of the announcement of the FY 2025 results and publication of the 2025 annual report, which are scheduled for 30 April 2026.
