For the position of Tender Specialist, we are looking for an enthusiastic employee who is experienced and ready work on interesting yet challenging global E-Mobility projects. You are administratively strong, structured, accurate in details and enjoy working in an innovative and technical environment.
This is how you make an impact…
- You will be part of Tender Team in Aftersales and participate all electric bus tenders;
- You will play a key role in Tender Team to prepare complete service & maintenance offer;
- Work as a key connection between After Sales and Sales;
- Review tender document, analyze the requirement, evaluate the risks & feasibility;
- You assist Tener Manager on various E-mobility projects comes from all around the world;
- You continuously interact with internal stakeholders, and you are good team player.
Requirements
This is what you will bring…
- You have a minimum of HBO degree, preferably in business, management, or engineering;
- You have min. of 3 years of work experience, preferably in automotive/bus industry;
- You are familiar with vehicle procurement, tendering and bidding process. You can read and understand tender document and contracts. If not? Don’t worry, we will teach you;
- You have an excellent command of English both in written and spoken, Dutch or German is bonus;
- You possessed with good analytical skills, efficient in time management;
- You are available 32-40 hours per week;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office;
