Are you ready to become Ebusco’s new representative for the Scandinavian market?

For the position of Sales Director Scandinavia, we are looking for an all-round sales and customer-oriented colleague who is able to build and maintain client relationships. You will manage and nurture our key-accounts in the Scandinavian market and represent Ebusco in every aspect. You are capable to think and act on a strategic level, with an extensive knowledge of the public transport industry and a specific focus on buses. You know how to level with your conversation partners like no other and you are proficient in various forms of communication. Being the face of Ebusco in this region, you are a multidisciplinary self-starter who is able to do many things at once, ranging from production to after sales. Our aim is to increase our relatively small Scandinavian market share, for which experience in scaling up, and growing the business rapidly, is key.

 

Responsibilities

When working at Ebusco as our Sales Director, you will need to develop and maintain relationships with new customers and public authorities. In addition to this, you will act as a sparring partner for your existing customers, prepare quotations, monitor the assignments and regularly participate in trade fairs where you will represent our company. You will prepare and execute account plans while keeping your knowledge about the market and its developments at a high level. Responding to market opportunities and threats is your strong suit, and you are able to create new services or products that fit to your client’s needs.

 

Requirements

For this vacancy we are looking for someone with an academic degree in business administration, commercial economics, account management or similar. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years or more relevant working experience, with a good knowledge of European tender projects. Furthermore, it is important that the candidate is fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. We want our new sales director to function well in a dynamic environment, take ownership and seek for collaboration with colleagues. Last but not least, it is important you are willing to travel on regular basis and are currently living in the area of Stockholm.
