Digital business applications are all about helping businesses simplify complexity and thrive in the digital age. As a product owner, you will be responsible for driving the implementation, user adoption and later management of the applications from a business perspective.

How are you going to do that?

• Planning and organizing smaller workstreams to reach the bigger goal to successfully deploy the ongoing implementation of an ERP solution;
• Looking at the bigger picture and anticipating future demands;
• Involvement in main deliverables by enabling stakeholder involvement within the project team as well as in the wider organization;
• Align, and collaborate with all the functional workstreams to enable knowledge building activities within the project;
• Be part of development of the product vision towards and after go-live. Hereby considering the business needs and external developments;
• Break down complex discussions to what is most important and keep the requirements clear for all different parties so the right decision can be made;
• Putting improvement proposals on paper in a clear way and take the lead in this;
• Adequately understanding the escalation processes and expressing due diligence by active participation;
• Timely coordination and follow up on performance and progress from all project team members together with the PMO;
• Provide status reports according to defined process;
• Routinely question and challenge the key decisions that are taken in relation to the solution design to ensure they do not affect the overall scope and timeline/budget of the project;
• Actively collaborate with the IT department to setup the support organization.

Requirements

• You have completed at least a bachelor's degree;
• Proven experience as a product owner or participation in deployment of business applications (ERP, PLM. HCM, etc.);
• You have managed project teams and have relevant experience in the field of project management;
• You have affinity with technology and systems;
• You have good communication skills;
• Pro-active, flexible, enthusiastic, eager to learn and take the initiative;
• You are stress-resistant, and you can work with tight deadlines;
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet (Excel), word processing (Word) and presentation (Power Point) software;
• Experience at working with a team and ensuring strong teamwork and morale.

EBUSCO® is a pioneer in the field of electric bus transport and was the first European manufacturer to receive a European type approval for electric buses. Since October 2021, Ebusco has been listed on the Euronext stock exchange in Amsterdam (symbol: EBUS). Ebusco has developed a truly innovative game-changer in the electric bus industry. The Ebusco 3.0 is a composite bus with a weight reduction of 33% and a range of up to 575 km on a single charge. With this new development, Ebusco offers equivalents to diesel-powered buses, with no emissions and no high fuel costs, but with much more comfort, better safety, and more space for passengers.
