For the position of an aftersales engineer, we are looking for a technical and a customer-oriented colleague who will strengthen our After Sales team and can take the next step with us. Ebusco is a growing company with a promising market perspective in which you can grow.

What are you going to do?

As an aftersales engineer you are responsible for analyzing and solving the issues with the buses which are a part of operational Ebusco fleet . You are also the point of contact for our field service engineers as the back end support when it comes to maintenance or repair of buses, you provide them with technical information and documentation to help them to carry out the repair work.

As a aftersales engineer within Ebusco, you know better than anyone how important it is to keep the buses driving and to keep the customer satisfied. You know what the customer wants and you implement it in a smart way. You do not shy away from challenges, but pick up immediately. Understanding the point of view of the customer regarding the problems is also an integral part of your work. You do this providing acceptable answers to their queries by discussing it within and other departments like development and sales. Through efficient working methods and excellent communication, you and the team ensure that Ebusco customers experience that the Aftersales, just like our technology and products, is innovative and efficient. You take into account the interests of multiple departments within Ebusco.

How will you do that?

  • Analyzing and solving issues with operational buses
  • Field visit to solve the problems at the customer
  • Providing feedback to the development team to make the product better
  • Creating and validating technical documentation
  • Testing of driveline components
  • Building a good customer relationship



Your profile

You are a proactive aftersales engineer. You know yourself well, you dare to give your opinion, but you also receive it back. You understand the resposibility and have a vision on how you want to help the customers in a quick manner. In addition to being excellent in communication skills, with strong management skills and quality awareness, you also have a positive drive to keep looking for innovation and improvement. Your enthusiasm and mentality ensure that you and your team succeed in making a major step forward in a dynamic international environment.

You also have:

  • HBO work and thinking level;
  • A few years of experience in a comparable position;
  • Affinity with technology in the field of automotive;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
